In 2005 Daly and Shaw Building started developing Teranca Mews Lifestyle Village in Mandurah consisting of 91 units and a community centre. A great working relationship was quickly established between us and the builders and ensured the successful completion of the village within our three year time frame.

During the construction the Daly and Shaw team considered the needs of the new residents, who began moving in to the village. This was not always an easy situation - a construction site, side by side with a retirement village - however the team must be congratulated for the way they handled the situation.

The quality of the workmanship at Teranca Mews is first class. One of the units even won the 2009 Bankwest Housing Excellence Award for the best home under $180,000.
