Construction Manager

Your responsibilities will include:
• Achieving production targets, building efficiency and budget control.
• Lead, manage and train a team of staff.
• Issue management, problem solving and customer liaison
• Development of suppliers and contractors to support business growth.
• Enhancing systems and procedures to accommodate the company's growth
To be successful in this position you would need;
• Construction management experience in the building industry
• Superior time management skills with a focus on achieving project milestones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication & negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive and forward thinking.
• Strong solution-orientated problem solving skills.
• Be a team player.
• Good computer skills and technical experience
• Diploma in Building or the equivalent of this level
