Site Supervision

Building sites are managed on a day to day basis by the Onsite Supervisor who monitors quality of workmanship, schedules the trades and suppliers, and the general coordination of building activities.

Building progress on all projects is reviewed on a regular basis and sites are visited regularly by the Building Manager.
